To request an exchange please contact a Agua de Rosa representative by sending an email to info@aguaderosa.com with a detailed description of the product you wish to exchange.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order. 

Processing time may take up to 5 business days after we have received your items.

All exchanged products must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and in perfect conditions. 

Any additional charges and risks that may incur must be assumed by the client. 

SALE or custom made products are FINAL SALE. No returns nor exchanges are allowed.  

Agua de Rosa reserves the right to evaluate warranty items and determine if it’s factory damage or natural wear and tear of the product. 

Once your payment is approved and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

You will be notified once our team has dispatched your order with all shipping and tracking information.  

Shipping times may vary according to the destination but usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Please use same shipping carrier in case you need to make a return.
